These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jee Talks Academy website, online registration, learning programmes and any books or learning materials supplied by the academy. Please read them carefully before registering a child or making a payment.

These policies provide general information about Jee Talks Academy's services and do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, registering a student, submitting a payment proof or purchasing an academy book or learning material, the parent, guardian or customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the related Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

2.Academy Services

Jee Talks Academy provides the following services, subject to availability:

Jolly Phonics Levels 01–04
Spoken English
English Grammar
Online classes through Google Meet
Learning materials
Assessments
Certificates where programme requirements are completed
Books and educational resources where available

3.Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians play an important role in the child's learning. Parents are expected to:

Provide accurate student information
Select an appropriate programme
Ensure the child attends classes
Support regular practice
Provide a suitable device and internet connection
Submit valid payment proof
Keep Student IDs and class-access details private
Communicate respectfully with academy staff

4.Course Eligibility and Placement

Age guidance and previous-level recommendations are provided to help parents select suitable programmes. Where the selected course does not appear to suit the child's current learning foundation, Jee Talks Academy may recommend a more suitable level.

5.Registration Confirmation

Completing the website form alone does not guarantee final admission.
Registration is confirmed only after the academy verifies the submitted information and payment proof.
An official Student ID may be issued after verification.
Course availability may be limited.

6.Fees and Payments

Fees are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Initial payment includes the admission fee and first month's fee.
Monthly fees are payable from the second month onwards.
Payments must be sent only to the official account displayed on the website.
Parents must verify the official account information before paying.
Additional payment methods may be introduced later.

7.Classes and Attendance

Classes are conducted online through Google Meet unless otherwise announced.
Parents are responsible for internet, device and attendance arrangements.
Missed classes caused by the student's absence, device problems or internet issues may not be repeated or refunded.
Timetables may change with reasonable notice.

8.Learning Outcomes

Jee Talks Academy provides structured training and guidance.
Progress depends on attendance, practice, learner participation, individual ability and parent support.
No fixed fluency result or examination score is guaranteed.

9.Learning Materials and Books

Workbooks, worksheets, printed books and digital materials are for the registered learner's personal educational use.
Materials may not be copied, resold, publicly distributed or uploaded without permission.
Printed books should be checked for visible damage at delivery or collection.

10.Certificates

Certificates may be issued after students complete the relevant programme and meet the academy's assessment and participation requirements. Certificates are not guaranteed to students who do not complete the required programme activities.

11.Acceptable Conduct

To keep classes safe and effective for every child, the following are not permitted:

Abusive communication
Recording classes without permission
Sharing meeting links
Impersonating another student
Distributing academy materials
Disrupting online lessons
Fraudulent payment proof

12.Website Availability

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting, internet or third-party service issues. Jee Talks Academy will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service.

13.Changes to Programmes and Terms

Jee Talks Academy may update schedules, programme content, fees and policies for future intakes. Any updates will not be applied retrospectively in an unfair or unlawful manner.

14.Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and mandatory consumer rights.
